About Us

My husband and I are both police officers. We are German Shepherd lovers by choice.

This breed has proven itself loyal, courageous and sound. Our dogs come from some of the greatest names in the German Shepherd world. They have proven themselves in Germany and the United States. Our shepherds have also proven themselves here in our own home. A faithful German shepherd's heart is with his family.We love and enjoy sharing our lives with our shepherds.

Our German Shepherds are an important part of our family. Our children have many friends who come to visit on a daily basis and our German Shepherds enjoy the extra attention they receive from their little friends. The shepherds love to swim and play ball with the children and lay on the floor beside them while they watch TV.

Von Kellerhaus German Shepherds are social. We take them with us into the city shopping. They can also walk in any large crowd without incident.

This same loving companion is also a very confident German Shepherd guard if need be. We are police officers but are also Mom and Dad. Our family sleeps well knowing our shepherds are watching over us. In a world troubled by fear and violence, modern security and technology have their place, but in our opinion nothing beats the eyes and ears of a good dog. Any intruder would quickly find himself in a very dangerous situation when entering into a home that is under the protection of the good shepherd.

Our German Shepherd puppies and dogs have proven themselves to be intelligent, loving, loyal and stable both mentally and physically. We are breeding the best to provide the best German Shepherd puppy or adult dog for you. We want our Von Kellerhaus puppies to be loved, and in turn, to love, obey and protect their families.
